ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZING COMPANY. O.K.R, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 13,335 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 821 239 878, whose registered office is located at 231 rue Saint Honoré, 75001 Paris, and whose VAT number is FR59821239878, is organizing a prize draw game titled "4 x 3-month slimming probiotic treatments to be won". The organizer coordinates the organization of the game and makes all decisions necessary for its proper conduct. It ensures the application of the rules.

ARTICLE 2 - GAME DURATION. The organizer is running a competition game with a prize draw requiring registration. This competition will run from May 20th to May 31st inclusive. The organizing company reserves the right, however, to modify, postpone, cancel, or extend the game period if circumstances so require, without its liability being engaged in this regard. The company guarantees participants the reality of the prizes offered, its complete impartiality regarding the running of the Game, and, within its means, to maintain strict equality of chances among all participants.

ARTICLE 3 – CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE GAME. This contest is open to any adult or minor who meets the following conditions: follow the @okr_nutrition account on Instagram, complete the form accessible here, and consent to receive news and promotions by email and message. Employees of O.K.R and their spouses may not participate in the game. Their ascendants and descendants are permitted to participate in the contest. This is a prize draw contest, open to all who have met the previously indicated conditions.

ARTICLE 4 – GAME PRINCIPLE AND OPERATION. To participate, the user follows @okr_nutrition on Instagram, fills out the form, and agrees to receive news and promotions from O.K.R by email and message. They are then entered into the prize draw which will take place on June 1, 2026. The prizes are 4 x 3-month probiotic treatments and a 10% discount code. Each winner will receive an email the week following the draw with details on how to claim their prize.

Winners agree not to hold the organizing company responsible for the prizes, including their delivery, condition, quality, or any consequences arising from their possession or use.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES, VALUE AND NATURE OF LOTS. Prizes will not be returned or exchanged for another item or product. All prizes will be awarded after the draw, which will take place on June 1st and will determine the winners. In total, the organizing company is giving away 4 x 3-month slimming probiotic treatments and as many 10% discount codes as there are participants in the game who have met the participation conditions.

The organizing company disclaims all responsibility for any incidents and accidents that may occur during the period of enjoyment of the awarded prizes and due to their use. For all prizes, the organizing company reserves the right to replace them, in whole or in part, with other equivalent prizes, in the event of difficulties beyond its control to deliver the announced prizes. No claims can be made in this regard to the organizing company and its service providers.

ARTICLE 6 - REGULATIONS. The organizing company reserves the right to modify the regulations based on any potential changes to the site, service, or their operation.

ARTICLE 7 - LIMITATIONS OF ORGANIZER'S LIABILITY. This game and the interpretation of these rules are subject to French law. The organizing company O.K.R shall not incur any liability if, due to force majeure or events beyond its control or justified necessity, it is led to modify, shorten, extend, or cancel the present game and/or to modify the present rules.
