Ingredients.

1 ripe banana (frozen for a creamier texture)

200 ml of plant-based milk (almond, oat or soy)

1 tablespoon of crushed pistachios (or unsalted, whole pistachios)
- 1 or 2 ice cubes (optional, for extra freshness)
Preparation.
- Blend the ingredients: place the banana, plant-based milk, ice cubes and protein powder in a blender.
Blend until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous texture. - Add the pistachios: Add the crushed pistachios at the end for a bit of crunch. You can also lightly blend them for a finer texture.
- To serve: pour the smoothie into a glass. Add a few pistachio pieces on top for garnish.
Optional.
If you want a sweeter taste, add a teaspoon of maple syrup or a pitted date before blending.
